My Main Passion is to find WIN-WIN situations and High ROI projects by questioning and replacing old-fashioned systems and processes with more efficient concepts for (Digital) Marketing, Sales & Operations by leveraging modern technologies, integrated automations, data structures and IT cloud architectures.


The results of all this will optimize your online presence, increase your reach, revenue, profit and business relationships tremendously while reducing costs and efforts.

It will further fuel your business growth & enable business users long-term to consume and collaborate

with your content, products and services based on actionable data insights.

I am constantly increasing my skills within the Business Intelligence field by conceptioning, developing, consulting and collaborating with any business units and departments e.g. IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, R&D and any Operations to reduce costs & efforts and increase efficiency, productivity and business performance.

For me it is very important to behave with other people in a way how I would like them to behave with me


MOTIVATION

I CHOOSE to give my life a certain MEANING by delivering VALUE to everyone - especially to those who are CONNECTED to me.
It really drives/motivates me to see how things CHANGE in a POSITIVE WAY and to know that I was a reason, a factor or a multiplier for those  RESULTS. 

The  results are then the FUEL for me to stay motivated and to continue with EFFICIENT ACTIONS creating even better and/or more results.

Nowadays it is REALLY HARD to find qualified people and even harder to find motivated people.


PASSION

My passion is to ANALYSE different kind of 

to CREATE and define efficient measures (KPIs) and processes to LEVERAGE THE VALUE (Revenue, Profit) FOR ANYONE. 

Additionally to that I want to explain the facts and share the KNOWLEDGE about the collected information in a SIMPLE WAY so that anyone can START FAST with additional added-value projects.

Most of my customers are REALLY HAPPY to have someone who is able to EXPLAIN them complex topics and situations in a very SIMPLE way..
ensuring that everyone is on the same page and not overusing "buzzwords" but leveraging rhetorical techniques to easily understand eachother.

ACTION

I am an "action-taker" and get the things done.
There exists no 9-5 job for me.
If I plan to do something and I have a GOAL then I try everything to ACHIEVE IT.

TEAMWORK

Being a team-player is very important in life .. so in business.

I learned very early during my football/soccer activities as a child to be a team-player..
 because on the long-term you cannot "win the games" all by yourself.

That's how winning is done.. that's how life is..

IF you are alone - on the long run .. you can only FAIL.. trying to solve a problem alone!
BUT if we are TOGETHER! We can only WIN! trying to solve a problem together leads to more GROWTH!


EDUCATION

I was always very good in math but when I studied it - I figured out that the related "Bachelor - Master Program" in the end was nothing I really wanted to  do.. it was very valuable though establishing important soft skills..

but somehow the others (my parents and friends) wanted me to start and finish my math studies because it was somehow "logical"..

In the end I went a different way.. my own way.. due to several NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES with the university and its organisation
and because of the different part-time jobs I suddenly knew I wanted to do something else than doing researches on imaginary riddles and proofs.

In my eyes you need a certain basic knowledge and education of course but I am not really convinced about the school systems and university programs nowadays. There are exceptions of course (e.g. Elite Universities like Harvard etc.) but unfortunately in most of the cases - especially related to modern topics & technologies... its too slow, too old and too inefficient.. 

Most of the "talents" are thinking differently already and have in general a different mindset than the rest of the world..
and they don't necessarily get the "best marks" in school but "best results" in life/business. 
Especially nowadays you can get the info you are looking for in an instant with the "almighty" help of Google and/or AI agent.

Being a "constant learner" and permanently evolving is the real superpower!
